What to write
Write your terms in plain text, as in a contract annex. They usually cover:
- Deposit and payment schedule.
- Cancellation and postponement.
- What the price includes and what it does not.
- Overtime, travel and accommodation.
- Damage and liability.
- What you need on the day: power, access, meals for your team.
Leave both boxes empty to show nothing.
French and English
Fill in both boxes when you can. Couples see your terms in their language. If only one version exists, it is shown to everyone.
How couples see them
A Terms & conditions button on your profile opens them in a window with Copy and Print buttons; Print also lets couples save a PDF. Your terms also have their own page that you can share.
Acceptance with each request
When you have terms, the quote request form shows a required checkbox: the couple must accept your terms to send the request.
The request records the version they accepted and shows a Terms accepted badge in Quote requests.
Updating your terms
Each save creates a new version dated that day. Requests already sent keep the version their sender accepted; new requests use the new one.
Your responsibility
Festorra does not review or approve your terms. They are part of your agreement with your client, to which Festorra is not a party. Make sure they follow the law where you work.
