How requests arrive
Couples send a request from your profile with the event type, date, city and a message. You receive an email and the request appears here, pending ones first, then the newest.
Reading a request
- Client and event type.
- Date and city.
- Message.
- Terms accepted: the couple accepted your terms with this request.
- Out of zone: the event is outside your service zones; the distance is shown.
Statuses
- Pending: waiting for you. Accept or Decline.
- Accepted: you take the job. The couple is told by email with your contact details. Mark as completed after the event.
- Declined: you cannot do it.
- Completed: the event took place.
Answer quickly
Your response time is shown to couples and counts in ranking. Answer every request, even to decline: a quick no is better than silence.
