Publication status
The badge shows whether your profile is Published or Unpublished. View my page opens your public profile as couples see it. Publish profile and Unpublish switch visibility at once.
If your description is missing, a yellow banner links straight to the field.
Key numbers
- Profile views: visits to your page over the last 30 days.
- Quote requests: every request received, on Pro and Agency.
- Saves: how many couples saved your profile.
- Response time: the time you set on My profile, in hours.
Identity verification
Verified vendors carry a Verified badge and appear first on the default order of search results. Verification is included in Pro and Agency.
Click the verification button: our partner Didit checks an identity document and a selfie. Festorra keeps only the outcome and its date, never the document.
- In review: Didit is checking. The card updates on its own, usually within minutes.
- Verified: shows the date and, when there is one, the date it is valid until.
- Declined: you can start again.
When it is offered, you can also verify your business registration after your identity.
Plan usage
Bars show how much of your plan you use: photos, videos, services, locations and team members. A bar turns orange from 80 %. At a limit, remove something or upgrade to add more.

On Pro and Agency, when many couples search a city near your zones that you do not serve yet, a card offers to add it as a service zone in one click.
