Blocked days
Block one day with From only, or a range with From and To, up to 60 days at a time. Blocked days show as booked on your profile calendar.
Unblock a day with the button on its row. Past days leave the list.
How search uses your availability
When a couple searches a date you blocked, you are hidden from the results. They can tick Include unavailable vendors to see you anyway, marked as unavailable.
Couples can also search up to three dates, or a range of up to 31 days. Results are grouped by date, and your card shows which of those days you are free.
Latest booking
The shortest notice you accept is set on My profile, under Commitments. A date closer than that counts as unavailable.
Furthest booking ahead
How many days ahead you take bookings, for example 540 for about 18 months. Dates further away count as unavailable. Leave it empty for no limit.
Keep it current
Block a date as soon as you sign a contract. A request for a day you cannot do wastes the couple’s time and yours.
