About Spice & Soul Catering
For 12 years Spice & Soul Catering has been cooking for celebrations in and around Nairobi, working at every scale from a family gathering in a courtyard to six-hundred-cover galas. Menus are built around the season and around what your guests actually eat, not around a standing list. Nothing is templated, because no two celebrations want the same thing.
A tasting and a planning call settle the menu, the dietary requirements and the service style, and you leave that conversation knowing exactly what happens, in what order, and what you receive afterwards. Every booking includes a tasting before you commit, and a final menu costed per head with no hidden service charge. Adjusting the plan as things firm up is expected rather than penalised.
Based in Nairobi and travels nationwide, Spice & Soul Catering works in fr / en, with bookings from 600 000 KES. Send the date and a rough outline and a written, itemised quote comes back within 12h. Peak-season Saturdays are usually taken four to six months in advance, so it is worth asking early — and there is no charge until you accept.

Yes, we accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, and allergy-specific menus. Please inform us at least 2 weeks before the event.
What is your minimum guest count?
Our minimum is 30 guests for full-service catering. For smaller intimate events, we offer a micro-event package starting at 10 guests.
Do you provide serving staff?
Yes, all our packages include uniformed serving staff at a ratio of 1 server per 20 guests.
