Every booking includes a full written script you approve in advance, and a rehearsal before the day. Questions are answered in writing, changes to the plan are normal and cost nothing before the event, and you always know who will actually be there on the day.

Most clients book eight to twelve months ahead; peak Saturdays go first, so earlier is safer. Nothing is owed until you accept the quote.
