About Abuja Celebrations
Abuja Celebrations has spent 10 years running celebrations across Abuja and the wider region — from intimate ceremonies of thirty guests to three-day wedding weekends. Planning is the unglamorous part done properly: a timeline every supplier has, contracts read, and a plan for the weather, and the result is a record of the day as it actually ran rather than a version assembled to a formula.
A discovery call covers budget, guest count, priorities and what you would rather not deal with, and you leave that conversation knowing exactly what happens, in what order, and what you receive afterwards. Every booking includes a master run sheet, supplier coordination and a coordinator on site from setup to strike. Adjusting the plan as things firm up is expected rather than penalised.
Abuja Celebrations is based in Abuja and works in fr / en. Bookings start at 1 700 000 NGN and a written quote follows within 24h, itemised so you can see what drives the figure. Most clients book six to nine months ahead; peak Saturdays go first, so earlier is safer. Nothing is owed until you accept the quote.
