Rigs are designed to the room's power and rigging points, and every show is programmed and tested before the doors open, and the result is a record of the day as it actually ran rather than a version assembled to a formula.
A site visit covers power, rigging, sightlines and the cues that matter, and you leave that conversation knowing exactly what happens, in what order, and what you receive afterwards. Every booking includes a plot, a fully redundant rig and an operator on site for the whole event. Adjusting the plan as things firm up is expected rather than penalised.
