The space works as one room or three, and the layout is set around your guest count rather than a fixed plan, and the result is a record of the day as it actually ran rather than a version assembled to a formula.
A site visit covers capacity, catering access, parking and the noise curfew. What you book includes a walkthrough, a floor plan and a run sheet agreed before the day. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.
