Menus are built around the season and around what your guests actually eat, not around a standing list. Nothing is templated, because no two celebrations want the same thing.
A tasting and a planning call settle the menu, the dietary requirements and the service style, and you leave that conversation knowing exactly what happens, in what order, and what you receive afterwards. Every booking includes a tasting before you commit, and a final menu costed per head with no hidden service charge. Adjusting the plan as things firm up is expected rather than penalised.
